Pros

Being #DeVryProud is more than a hashtag, it truly is how we feel as colleagues/faculty members. Underpinning all that we do to serve students and the university is DeVry's Culture of Care - caring for students, caring for colleagues and caring for ourselves. Whether through our benefits, support we provide our students and how we interact and support each other, our culture of care is front and center, and from the top down. Personally, I feel supported by my leadership, I love what I do every day, I feel recognized for my work, and truly feel like DeVry has a family feel to its culture.

Cons

There are so many good, high priority efforts to support our students, further DeVry's mission, that DeVry could use more staff to bring those to fruition.

Pros

DeVry Day was a wonderful example of our positive culture, meaningful work, and commitment to making a difference. Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves

Cons

This event was nothing but spectacular!

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
