Pros

I liked some of the people I worked with, but that's it. The Masters I earned with little fist has done me zero good. At least i paid about as much as it was worth.

Cons

No room for advancement. Always waiting for the next round of layoffs. Unfair pay between co-workers, some making far more, but doing less or a lower level than others. No employee engagement whatsoever. Management delusional as to why staff leaves. No exit interview to share, just further showing his much management could care less about staff.

Pros

DeVry Day was a wonderful example of our positive culture, meaningful work, and commitment to making a difference. Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves

Cons

This event was nothing but spectacular!

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
