      Pros

      Pay was good and the brand is fairly strong in the market. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      During my tenure at DeVry, there was a lot of turnover at the leadership level. These changes were damaging to the culture for several reasons, not least of which was the constant shuffling of priorities. I think DeVry is struggling to figure out where the organization fits into this rapidly evolving adult education market, and the resulting confusion has created challenges.

      DeVry Day was a wonderful example of our positive culture, meaningful work, and commitment to making a difference. Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves
