I recently completed an internal leadership development program that was both challenging and highly relevant to my role. It also provided a great opportunity to collaborate with leaders from across the organization, exchange ideas, and learn from one another's experiences. The ALP program was a valuable leadership and professional development experience. I enjoyed connecting with colleagues across the organization, learning from different perspectives, and gaining practical takeaways I could apply in my role. The coaching sessions were especially helpful for reflecting on the content and discussing how to put the learning into practice.

The six-month program does require a meaningful time commitment, with three-hour content sessions followed by one-hour coaching sessions. At times, balancing the sessions with day-to-day responsibilities can be challenging, so having a dedicated time to fully engage in the program is important.
