      Ok pay and decent benefits good opportunities for overtime

      Cons

      Bait and switched during the interview, this position is all cold calling and sales Hours typically are marketed as 9-5 but then when you start they tell you that you won't be working that and you're hours will fluctuate weekly between 10-7 and 8-5 calls and communication is HEAVILY monitored pay raises are minimal and usually the senior staff is only making slightly more than the new hires

      Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

      Cons

      They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
