Pros
This is a work environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. There are so many perks with being employed here including but not limited to excellent managers, helpful colleagues, pay, benefits, and continued learning. I am very grateful and proud to be employed here. Thank you @DeVry for being one of the best employers that I have ever had.
Cons
To put it bluntly you have to be able to manage stress well. There are a lot of students and you can easily have to manage over thirty accounts in a day. If you are self motivated and thrive on a challenge then this is easy to overcome. The hours can be a bit long but you will get overtime pay on days when you have to stay after hours. I would not even say these are con's, but just something that you should be aware of when you apply.
