      Pros

      Good environment for learning and tinkering with technology on a small device scale. Great people to work with ( at least on the lower levels of employees and some managers.)

      Cons

      Very limited in what I was able to do in learning the networking technology and server management in the job. Also the higher levels of management in the company were actually pretty bad. the change management was horrible. and you were stuck just being a drone.

Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves
