Leadership that doesn't have any idea what it's doing.
Product is low quality.
Organization is focused on hierarchy, posturing and bureaucracy.
Lot's of individuals who believe they are knowledgeable about how to drive organizational value - but whose real experience is activity over accomplishment.
Significant decision makers working as if this was 2001. Key initiative after key initiative fail - and then the executive team points fingers at staff.
In 35 years of working this is the most toxic organization where I have worked - the largest set of executives who thought they were better than they were. Having worked for many organizations across different scale - I would put this entire executive team as the least competent.
