What type of company makes you do MULTIPLE interviews, an at home assignment, more interviews only to make you wait several days to hear, "We closed hiring for the role rn. If anything changes, we'll let you know," ? Not, "We decided to go with another hire" or "you're not what we're looking for," But "we closed hiring for the role" after wasting 2-3 weeks of your precious time and energy. I wouldn't work with a company that's so erratic and careless of others. And even if I did get hired, I'd have no work life balance and they clearly make it obvious that they will not be kind and they will grind you with zero positive feedback
