Pros
Honestly, there's not a lot of pros here. Sure, it's a remote position but that doesn't make you avoid the issues, the stress, and the headache you get from rude people! Doesn't make you avoid dealing with control freak management either! Working from home just gives you a little convenience.
Cons
Remote position, but very challenging and stressful work! It's very fast paced, next call comes in without you even taking a breath! Even when you're the type who can handle high-pressure type of work environment, you will fail at this! To think I was even working from home but I've never felt more stressed and exhausted in my life! And as a customer success manager, we don't get overtime pay no matter how long we had to deal with the last customer for the day's shift! We're not paid like someone from management either since it's not a leadership position! This company's good at misleading people, making people think they're getting the best offer and the best deals, but if you know nothing, they will take advantage of you! And that's for both customers and employees so everyone beware!
