Where do I start? No onboarding. Horribly toxic CEO propped up by a bunch of yes men all around him. Loud verbal abuse screaming and emotional manipulation in public from the CEO to anyone in his path. Inconsistent management. High turnover at the senior level. Incredibly unprofessional HR department that is headed by a CFO (always great to have a person solely concerned with the bottom line $$$$ supposedly managing people.) sooo many red flags. CMO encourages his teams to work 16-20 hours a day. Must show up and show butts in chairs at the office. Culture of toxic productivity. Entry level people asked to come in and work on their day off.
