Pros
cool product, but it has lost its luster in the market. they had hired good individual contributors that kept this place afloat. (most of those people have since left or been fired) luckily for the folks working in the US, and outside of the main office, don't have to deal with this terrible, terrible burn out culture..
Cons
Its fairly obvious that once you work there, the leadership (mainly the CEO) does not care about the welfare of his employees. The CEO is a psychopath with how he treats employees, screams at them for no reason, is completely neurotic. I almost feel obligated to write this review, since he likely manipulated people into writing positive reviews. The CRO is a hardworker, with a lacking skillset and is not fit to be a CRO of a growing company -- stuck in start up mode. He should probably be in a different role and not managing the sales team. The CMO - nothing positive to say. 90% of his team has either quit or gotten fired. The sales team saw 4 managers in 2.5 years and eventually they all either quit or were fired; then the CRO took over and growth/morale pretty much tanked from that point on. They have probably had easily over 75 employees either quit or be fired in the last 3 years (35% churn rate). Again, I would not be writing this review as it took me a very long time to muster up the courage - but the main reason is because of all the seemingly forced and fake reviews by current employees. People considering joining DealHub should understand what really is going on there!
