Pros
Great team of people to work with.
Cons
Toxic management, running a regime of intimidation and fear, including screaming and cursing in open space. Sales and revenue operate in constant fear of losing their jobs. People are fired without notice just because the CEO or CRO feel like it. CEO has no management or leadership skills. He sets unreasonable goals and demands people meet them despite shortage of people, holidays, etc. He is easily stressed by the board and trickles it down to the entire company. There's no HR stakeholder, lots of cases of verbal abuse, non-compliance with work policies and allegations of sexual misconduct. If you make profit for the company, anything is forgiven. One of the revenue leaders demanded sales reps work at the end of yom kippur- the holiest day of the year, and a national holiday. Some managers were forced to fire their employees just bc high management didn't like them anymore. Bottom line- the place is run very impulsively, no real strategy, and without any trust or appreciation of employees. Stay away. The CEO and CRO run the show and their approach affects the rest of the company. It's just an awful place to walk into every morning.
