while I gained valuable experience, my time there was marred by a lack of support from both management and HR. My manager and their superior were often unresponsive, There were several instances where my manager, instead of addressing concerns, turned his back on me during critical moments when I needed guidance, making it difficult to navigate challenges. Additionally, I found HR to be unhelpful and not particularly supportive when issues were brought to their attention. This created a difficult work environment where I often felt unsupported.
