Business Outlook
Pros
CEO genuinely cares for every employee and does everything he can to show it. Real local focus and the best training in the industry. There is value to the job and what you do. This requires a passion for your work, however.
Cons
Pay needs to be more competitive to keep employees and find more, especially in the full-time Salaried department. They need to reevaluate how they pay their Salaried "front line" folks they like to remind are essential. There is literally no performance reviews for employees. Pay is purely based on tenure. Work/life balance doesn't exist if you are a supervisor. It is more accurate to refer to it as a work/sleep balance.
