Pros
The kids make the job. They are amazing to work with and get to know. No other job is like this one. The pay was good and the benefits are nice (birthday and holiday gift cards from the owner). You don't have a manager constantly watching you. You get a LOT of paid training and they are very reasonable about picking up hours.
Cons
You are considered a seasonal worker. Once the school year is over, you are out of work and cannot file for unemployment during the summer. The communication from upper management wasn't the best a lot of the time. COVID has made the job so much different (not Dean's fault) and that really changed the job for me.
