The leadership and direction of the company leadership is beyond inconsistent. I know they have a history of peaks and valleys, but they seem to have lost their way for a few years now. Not nearly enough focus on what drives the brand and that is hiring, training and developing really strong teams and following that up with genuine sense of appreciation.
