Terribly managed from the top down - Anonymous employee Dean & DeLuca Employee Review

No accountability, low morale, unqualified and unprofessional managers, negative environment, constantly changing senior management, company not in touch with customers and current trends and not able to make changes, technology from the 1980s, three CEOs in 2 years, stores closing, layoffs, etc. Company will not be around for much longer.
