Pros
The product offerings are generally good, but behind the times in terms of technology. The staff are all great, except for those in ANY sort of management role. None of them have any experience in technology and it shows.
Cons
The owner of the company is a terrible manager and leader and does not run her company well. The entire management staff is inexperienced and can offer no guidance in terms or managing the company. It is better to stay jobless than to take a position at this company. Also, the salaries the company pays are well below the going market rate, and there are no benefits such as a 401K. Insurance through the company is also incredibly expensive.
