Not your typical beltway contractor - Decision Tech employs top talent, well-rounded, expert engineers and defense acquisition agents supports customers across the DoD, Intelligence Community, and other agencies. Big emphasis on people; flexibility, dedication, accommodation, while still holding employees to high technical standards of customer satisfaction. A joy to work for and will never regret leaving my 80,000 person company for Decision Tech.
Cons
As a small company dependent on government contracts, there are always risks as government budgets ebb and flow. Decision Tech has done a great job of mitigating this, and has also positioned itself as the customer's go-to employer for technical expertise. There is no shortage of work at this point, and I've never felt concerned about there being employment for me.
