Pros
Inherent to DT is a true family atmosphere, that in my corporate experience is hard pressed to come across. DTs leadership is exceptional in pay and recognition, seeks inward for upward mobility, and leverages its DNA to potential clients achieving wins as a result.
Cons
Growing pains are still positive gains. DT is a growing and dynamic company and its personnel (leadership to line) need to grow with the company, not against it.
