      Supportive environment, promotes from within, medium-intensity company. Rewarded for exceptional performance, willingness to help and hard work. Growing company which means we all grow together.

      The pros outweigh the cons! No employee housing discounts (if not required to live on-site), front-loaded sick time that does not rollover, expensive medical insurance for family member coverage, long wait periods for vacation/sick time eligibility,
