Free snacks everyday and free lunch on Wednesday when you are required to work through lunch for national provider calls and local team meeting.
Cons
Leadership is untrustworthy at local level - lots of gaslighting and some direct lies.
All levels of staff are on edge wondering who will be fired next. Too many employees literally walk out rather than giving notice when they resign. In one week, several people either walked out due to job frustrations or gave notice thst it was their last day.
No accountability for support staff, especially the MAs (called care promoters). They are coddled then PCPs are blamed when they don’t meet metrics.
Raises are not even cost of living.
