Toxic Workplace Environment - Anonymous employee Dedicated Senior Medical Center Employee Review

Poor Management, Toxic Environment, Poor HR Department. I was harassed by providers on two separate occasions. The first time I was *heavily* encouraged to settle things "internally" by managers after building a case to report to HR. The second time, the provider was moved to a different center, but was still free to harass me FROM ANOTHER CENTER even after an HR case was submitted. In-center bullying among coworkers is rampant, to the point where employees decide to work from home to avoid daily verbal altercations. Management turns a blind eye to these issues, and some managers spearhead the bullying. Retention is at an all-time low. New employees wise up to the workplace culture and quit as soon as they can. If I did not need the money, I would not be here.
