Pros
Tremendous subject matter expertise at DISA. Lots of programs available to take care of their employees: gym, flexible schedule, telecommuting, etc.
Cons
Disorganized chaos. DISA tries to do too much with too little and are spread a bit thin. Field operations lack support. Lots of vested personnel are difficult to get a hold of or take ownership and work an issue with determination.
