Pros
There are some really dedicated employees and outstanding support folks in the organization. You get a chance to try new experiences. Training is good. First line supervisor was very supportive.
Cons
Unsure of what the goals of Senior Leadership were. You ask your colleagues and they have no idea either. You think you made a difference but in reality, the mountain to any real difference is a treacherous climb. Worked for over a decade and not even one Senior Leader in my chain said anything when I announced my departure.
