Great Start, Terrible Finish - Senior IT Program Manager Defense Information Systems Agency Employee Review

Quite a few. Bait and switch on training, nepotism, terrible leadership in some places, and ok leadership in others. I gained 20+ pounds and started having panic attacks due to stress over 4 years of working there. Was totally not worth it! Worked at other federal agencies which was an overall better experience over 10 years which gives me a lot more perspective on what DISA does wrong. Leadership (at the very top) wants to change culture, but there are quite a few people who go against it and move it in the opposite direction.
