Pros
During my six years working at DISA, I have yet to meet anyone who is unproffessional or negative about the collaborative work we perform for the global warfighter. It has a great cafeteria, several opportunities for training on-site and off-campus. The Director and immediate supervisors and chain-of-command are all very supportive and open to communication and new ideas on how to do things better. They provide a great work-life balance, too!
Cons
In some of the operational branches, the operational tempo can get a bit hectic and crazy with everything going on, but this just gives you an opportunity to engage with others at a fast pace in order to meet any deadlines, taskers, or requirements.
