Not a great place; too much Cronyism - Anonymous employee Delaware Resource Group Employee Review

The company is family owned and the two sons of the founder are the Sr VP's. They're VERY young and don't have much experience outside of this company. One is "decent" and tries very hard; most folks really like him. The other...he'll say one thing, but then do the other when you don't look. He's VERY much into cronyism and will say whatever his employee's "want" to hear and then won't follow up. Most folks initially like him a lot but then begin to not trust him. That does not make for a great workplace.
