Former Employee - Anonymous employee Delaware Resource Group Employee Review

I agree with the former employees who don't recommend this place. -Owners of company: there are a lot of yelling, door slamming, cursing, belittling people in meetings, and hostile work environment, -high turnover rate: I saw 19 people terminated during my employment -HR department is a joke. They should be considered administrative support. -Management team lacks management skills/ training -Survival of the fittest: is what I would call it, everyone is only looking out for themselves. Don't trust anyone.
