Pros
I have met some great and passionate people, the true experts in their fields. The company organizes excellent product trainings to educate employees about latest product features. The company's premises are great, offering also free coffee and snacks.
Cons
Working at Deliverect has been the worst experience in my marketing and communications career so far. I was shocked how disrespectful both the management and other teams have been towards the marketing team, even sending rude messages via slack channels. The marketing team has always been under a lot of pressure to deliver without proper strategy and input from other functions while being constantly criticized and asked for information which was already available. Within just a couple of months, more than 5 marketers left. The leadership team failed to establish some basic processes as the company grew from 20-500 employees in just a couple of years, creating a lot of inefficiencies in the company. Most of the days are spent in meetings without clear objectives and sending information to colleagues. The founders prefer to just "slack" people for ad hoc requests instead of providing them a strategy and yearly planning and empower them to drive projects at their own initiative. People are always in meetings and working very long hours, sometimes even during the weekends as they need to make up for all the time spent in pointless meetings.
