Low salaries and terrible comp plan. They sell you on the potential but Commission is non existent - no one is hitting target. Upper management treats employees like a number and act unprofessionally. Multiple lay offs and they lead with fear tactics “if you don’t like it, you can leave”. Targets are unrealistic.
