Cons
Several experienced high-performing developers have not received promotions. The company gives a small number of stock options only once, rather than annually, even though it acknowledges how hard everyone has to work to hit KPIs. Since acquiring large enterprise customers, developers are assigned last-minute high-priority tasks, leading to stress and overtime.
