Pros
The compensation and benefits are excellent. There is excellent opportunity to move up, and you can move up very quickly. Looks pretty good on your resume. Training is very good and thorough.
Cons
They say one of their core compentencies that you should have is the ability to deal with ambiguity. That's because you ask five different people the same question and you will get five different answers. Nothing is ever clear.
