Dell has a good name in the business world and the people at Dell are great to work with. You have opportunities to change jobs within the company often which is great for keeping things interesting and growing your abilities.
Cons
Comp is often below market, senior management changes the direction of the company every few years, customer support is often embarrassing compared to the old Dell
