      Great Products. Great Training and benefits. Great social life. Always busy.

      Cons

      No Management support - too busy doing spreadsheets and number crunching. No work/life balance. Very long hours of work expected for little or no reward or recognition. Lots of very talented experienced people left. Shame as proud to work there.

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
