Pros
Good compensation, leadership opportunities, few boundaries. You rarely hear someone say, "That's not your job." Young, energetic work-force. Fast-paced environment. You will never be bored if you work here.
Cons
Too much focus on cost reduction. Understaffed, over-worked. Weak IT infrastructure hinders many customer experience efforts. Typical corporate environment does not foster creativity. Layoffs nearly every year. Typical bureaucratic hurdles and absolutely horrible on-line tools. Intranet site is the worst I've ever seen. Impossible to find any information, but easy to waste an hour trying.
