Pay - until recently. Understandably bonus and stock option reductions have taken a toll this past year threatening the only positive left at this company.
Cons
Job security is nil. As an employee you need to navigate the mine field to avoid layoffs, outsourcing, and the ongoing migration of jobs to low cost locations. Rolling layoffs are a way of life - in any given week there are layoffs somewhere at Dell.
