      Professional growth, many resources and some very good people,

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, constant transition, inaccurate sales reporting, decisons made without even speaking with people in the field who have to implement changes.

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
