This place helps to maintain balance between personal life and professional work.
Cons
Software Analysts lack of knowledge in their work. Upper management lack in their managerial skills. Most of the projects are of contractual for long period and people can not expect challenges in their professional works. Though it is an international organization (MNC), people are not used to work in onsite-offshore model. People lack in professionalism and most of the times they bring their personal opinions/ behavior in their works.
