      Pros

      Dell has a great benefits package as well as 401k. Salary was very competitive with what else was the market.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Screwed up rating system that has to uphold the bell curve even if you are an outstanding employee. Too many greedy people.

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
