      - flexible & remote working arrangement - onsite wellness center is nice - cafeteria food is ok - depending on the project, team members are supportive

      - need to walk on water to get better compensation - benefit premiums keep rising

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
