      fair employer equal opportunity and good promotions for best workers. You have lots of opportunity to travel and they encourage to take up trainings

      some times we have to do the routine work that we have been doing for months. you are never free and are loaded

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
