      Pros

      Dell provides excellent salaries and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Work and life balance is respected, although global positions do require availability 24x7.

      Cons

      The annual reorganization. Dell is basically a one-year company, with complete reorgs on at least an annual basis. So the job you may love could disappear tomorrow.

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
