      Positive working atmosphere and opportunities to take many different roles in a variety of business units and functions

      Cons

      there are a lot of politics and management and because the company hasn't been growing much lately, there is less new job creation and management roles seem to be shrinking in number

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
