      Great stable company with a great brand name. broad product portfolio to sell, a lot of support processes and teams. Best office park in the city...

      Cons

      A lot of new tools and processes that go against the business. Almost no chance of advancement in career, and salary. Permanent increase of targets with no corelation to employee compensation.

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
