      Pros

      Challening work, high quality and smart people, lots of responsibility, pretty good chance at advancement if you can demonstrate that you are competent.

      Cons

      Can be tough at times to balance work with quality of life. Not the most HR friendly company but seems to be improving in that area.

      Pros

      - Good coworkers - Atmosphere is tolerable most of the time

      Cons

      The pay for ISAE is pathetic, probably close to being the lowest in the industry. I understand we are in sales, but 32k base salary is absurd. Especially considering how great the company is doing, and how much money you make depends entirely on your account set. It has nothing to do with skill, and everything to do with luck.
