RN - Anonymous employee Delmar Gardens Employee Review

Profit more important than quality of care. Just read a review where the nursing staff rating was 2 out of 5. Not surprising when the dollar proceeds the standard of care for the residents. Rarely, management assisted during nursing shortages. Comical to see how slow and clueless they were most times. Politically speaking, upper management is just wrong. They should practice the values and mission of Delmar Gardens. Perhaps then quality of care would proceed the dollars that line their pocket.
