      DP&L is a wonderful place to work they allow a self motivated person to work up too their potential, also safety is always first

      Cons

      with computer tech we have office positions need to be looked at for consolidation and central location

      Work life balance great training great people . Super irish place feels like mini ireland very fun.

      Cons

      have to be good at arc map if you cant use a computer and dont have a gis/telecom background could be hard for you
