      Pros

      Great place to start your career and they compensate well. The people I met were always friendly.

      Cons

      You have to find your own projects. Do not let the recruiter fool you and think you have job waiting for you. Most likely you were hired for the bench. Once a project is done you have to interview internally to find your own project.

      Access to top-tier audit clients Lots of resources Lots of supports if having the right networks of PMD

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
